Although English born, Will James first came to prominence with Pontypool, and went on to gain international honours for Wales at A level.
Joining Pontypridd in 1999, Will put his huge frame to good effect as a barnstorming forward in the loose.
A move back to his homeland saw Will departing to play for Plymouth in the English first division in 2001, before moving to join up with Gloucester.
