2023/24 Indigo Group Premiership fixtures announced

Valley v City derby clash to kick-off the season again

For the second season in a row Pontypridd will kick-off their Indigo Group Premiership campaign at home against Cardiff, the match will take place on Saturday 2nd September at Sardis Road. The two teams will then play the festive return fixture in the Welsh capital on the 23rd December 2023.

Our first away match of the season will take place at the Ciner Glass Community Stadium against Ebbw Vale on the 9th September. Later that month we’ll make our first visit to the Gnoll since 2019 when we play Neath on the 30th September.

Due to there being an odd number of 13 teams in the league this season, Ponty’s ‘bye weeks’ will be the weekends of 28/10/2023 and 17/2/2024.

Some other notable dates are the New Year’s weekend match at home against Ebbw Vale on 30/12/2023 and Valleys Derby matches against Merthyr away on 2/12/2023 and at home on 6/4/2024. The Club’s annual trek up to Colwyn Bay to play RGC takes place on the final day of the season – 13/4/2024 at Parc Eiras.
