Scottish trips – deposits due

Supporters who have booked on the away trips to Scotland at the end of the season are reminded that a deposit payment of £50 is now due. There are limited places still available on the trips.

Plans have been finalised Ponty’s cross border campaign against Scottish Super6 clubs during the month of May.

The Valley Commandos make three forays into Scottish territory, playing Watsonians on Saturday 9th May, Boroughmuir Bears the following weekend, and Southern Knights (based in Melrose) on 30th May.

The Supporters’ Club have their trips lined up in conjunction with Edwards Coaches, with limited places only available.

Two consecutive weekends will be spent in Edinburgh to face Watsonians and Boroughmuir Bears, with two nights bed and breakfast accommodation booked at the Premier Inn City Centre at a cost of £199 per person.

For the Southern Knights game, two nights dinner, bed and breakfast have been booked at the top class Peebles Hydro Hotel (pictured), at a cost of £239 per person.

For all the Scottish trips a departure time of 6am on the Friday morning has been set, with coach travel to the hotels and transfers to the game venues included, with a return departure after breakfast on the Sunday morning.
