Born in Tonyrefail, Dennis Young played for Pontypridd Youth before graduating to the club’s senior team, for whom he played for a period of thirteen seasons.
Employed as a police officer, he also represented South Wales Police and the British Police, and was selected for the WRU President’s XV.
