Ponty Youth home friendly against Newport HSOB

Pontypridd Youth play a home friendly against Newport High School Old Boys on Saturday 23d September, the match at Sardis Road kicking off at 2:30pm.

Match action has been frustratingly intermittent for Ponty Youth over the past month, with some pre-season friendlies postponed and the Blues A League match away at Merthyr last weekend also called off.

The Youth last played on Saturday 9th September, when a 27pts to 10 home league win was recorded over Mountain Ash.

The home friendly against Newport HSOB will be an important one for Pontypridd Youth with a view to building up momentum into the next fixture, a National Youth Cup first round tie away to Gwernyfed on Saturday 30th September.
