Pontypridd v Ebbw Vale Match Preview
Pontypridd host Ebbw Vale in round seven of the Indigo Premiership Cup Eastern pool on Saturday 6th November, the match kicking off at 1:00pm with the clubhouse opening from 11:30am.
Ponty sit in 4th position in the pool, one place ahead of Ebbw who are 5th. The two teams met in round two of the competition back on the 25th September at Eugene Cross Park, the Steelmen taking the spoils 16-6.
In our first outing for a fortnight, there are five changes to the starting XV that played away at Newport two Saturdays ago – a whole new front row with Stephens, Morris and Bosanko coming back in along with Cally James at blindside flanker with Kris Parker moving to lock. In the backline Iwan Pyrs Jones is back on the right wing.

Supporters are reminded that the Pwllgwaun end remains closed and access is only via the clubhouse entrance. Ticket prices for the game are priced at £12 for adults and £10 for concessions with under 16’s gaining free entrance provided they are accompanied by a paying adult.
Due to damage from the recent bad weather The Presidents Bar will be unavailable for tomorrow’s game. However the grandstand lounge will be open from kick off until the end of half time for supporters to use.
With the continuation of the Autumn Internationals this Saturday Wales will be looking to bounce back from last weekend’s defeat at the hands of New Zealand, against current World Champions South Africa the match kicking off at 5.30pm. Preceding the Wales game England host Tonga at 3.15pm and after the Wales game France take on Argentina kicking of at 8pm. All of these games are live on Amazon Prime and are being shown live at the Sardis Road clubhouse.
Before Ponty’s kick off, live football will be on the screens with Manchester United hosting rivals Manchester City the match kicking off at 12.30pm.
