THAT CUP FINAL: The 1996 Welsh Cup Win – *EVENT POSTPONED*

The Welsh Government have released their latest update regarding Covid-19 restrictions – the news being that there’s no changes, therefore the current restrictions are to remain in place and are likely to remain for the immediate future.

This has impacted our forthcoming event – our function to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Ponty’s first Welsh Cup Final win in 1996 and the remarkable team that achieved it – so it will be no surprise to anyone that we here at Pontypridd Rugby have decided to postpone our event until later in the year. The safety and well-being of all our members and supporters is paramount and sadly we have to bow to the inevitable.

We will be monitoring the developing situation and will decide on a new date for our fantastic event when appropriate and practicable.

All current reservations for the event will be honoured for the new date, and no monies will be required until the new date has been confirmed.
