Hailing from Pencoed, Jack Pope came up through the ranks of his local club, going on to represent Bridgend at senior level whilst a member of the Ospreys regional academy.
His qualities as a potent ball carrying lock, also able to cover in the back row, led to international honours for Wales at youth and under 20 levels.
In the summer of 2021 Jack made the move to Pontypridd. He made 18 appearances and scored 1 try for the club during the 2021/22 season before departing after one year.
