End Of Season Awards 2022/23

On Saturday evening 20th May the Pontypridd RFC annual player awards ceremony took place in the Clubhouse at Sardis Road. The compere was Club CEO Steve Reardon and there were award-doubles for two players…

The first two categories, voted for by Pontypridd supporters were –

The Stuart Williams Supporters’ Forward of the Year, sponsored by GMB Trade Union, Pontypridd was won by Joe Miles.

The Supporters’ Player of the Year, sponsored by the Supporters Club was again won by Joe Miles resulting in a personal double for the no.8.

Following the two supporters’ awards were the awards voted for by the players and coaching team.

The Players’ Player of the Year, voted for by the players and sponsored by the Supporters Club was Sion Parry.

AND…

The Player of the Year, voted for by the coaching team and sponsored by main club sponsor High Motive was again won by Sion Parry for a personal double for the openside flanker. Sion is currently away on holiday so his awards were collected for him on his behalf by Kristian Parker and Rory Harries.
