Last week heralded the return of the Pontypridd RFC playing squad for pre-season training. Training commenced midweek in the baking sunshine at Sardis Road.
Pre-season training on Thursday 29th June.
Being put through their paces was the core Ponty squad as well as a number of trialists from local clubs, Team Manager Dan Godfrey commented “It’s been a fantastic first week back with a great attitude from all the players.”
