Dan Cotterell linked up with Ponty from the University of South Wales in June 2024.
Dan was USW’s captain during the 2023/24 season and had been training with the Pontypridd squad in the final couple of months of that campaign. He was on the bench for the Valley Commandos away at RGC in the final match of 2023/24.
Dan’s club of origin is Kidwelly RFC.
