Ponty Youth face tough trip to Rumney in cup quarter final

Pontypridd Youth play a National Cup quarter final tie away to Rumney Youth on Saturday 17th February, the match kicking off at 2:30pm.

The winner-takes-all encounter entails a clash between the two top teams in the Blues A League. Pontypridd currently head the rankings, eight points clear of reigning champions Rumney, but the Cardiff side having two games in hand.

League form of course will count for nothing in a cup decider, but Pontypridd will face a tough challenge to progress in the competition, having edged out Llandovery by 16pts to 15 in the previous round.
