Ponty help kit out the Pink Rhinos

Pontypridd RFC has taken the concept of recycling to a new level by donating its former pink playing kit to Llantwit Fardre Womens’ rugby team for training purposes.

After presenting the kit to its new owners, Ponty Rugby Commercial Manager Emma Rogers said:

“We are proud of our links with neighbouring clubs at Pontypridd and delighted to be able to transfer our former kit to Llantwit Fardre Ladies.

“Its fantastic that the ladies can get good use out of the unused set of kit, which I’m sure will get a lot of use during their training sessions.”

The Llantwit Fardre Womens’ section – ‘The Pink Rhinos’ – are this season running teams at under 15, under 18 and senior levels, and would welcome newcomers of all abilities to train with them.
