Amy Morgan Sports Massage has set up its own exclusive therapy room at Pontypridd RFC, and offers its services to all club members and supporters.

‘Sports Massage is effective in relieving muscle tension in athletes and non athletes – so you don’t have to be a rugby player to receive a treatment!

Massage can reduce your aches and pains and help increase your flexibility.

All treatments begin with a thorough consultation enabling us to formulate an effective treatment plan.

Relaxation massage is also available.’

Appointments are available at Sardis Road on Wednesdays, and on the forthcoming home match days of 4th, 11th and 25th November.
