Coleg y Cymoedd host Newport High School at Sardis

Coleg y Cymoedd will play a home WRU Schools & Colleges League tie against Newport High School on Wednesday 6th December. The match will be played on the 3G pitch at Sardis Road kicking off at 1pm.

Cymoedd saw their impressive winning run in the league come to an end last week, going down to defeat by 15pts to 21 against Coleg Gwent at the Cross Keys RFC ground.

The Valleys youngsters still head the league table, but with only two bonus points now separating them from second placed Ysgol Glantaf who have an identical record of eight wins from nine games played.

After the Newport High School fixture, and the ensuing festive break, Coleg y Cymoedd will play a crucial top of the table clash away to Ysgol Glantaf, the fixture scheduled to be played on Wednesday 17th January.
