Marcus Thomas joined Pontypridd from Neath, where he had gained honours with Wales u21s and Wales A.
Marcus made a name for himself as a very mobile hooker, just as likely to turn up on the wing to score a try as to pack down in the front five.
Having been plagued by injury during his time with Pontypridd, Marcus then moved on to play for Llanelli.
