In memoriam – Gary Samuel

Pontypridd RFC is saddened to learn of the passing of former player Gary Samuel.

A native of the Amman Valley, Gary, a scrum-half joined the club from Cardiff and made his Ponty debut in November 1974. He went on to make 50 appearances scoring 7 tries, 1 conversion and 2 drop-goals during his three seasons with the club.

Everyone at Pontypridd RFC would like to pass on its sincerest condolences to Gary’s wife Bethan, son Rhodri and the rest of his family and friends at this extremely sad time.
