Kappa – kit suppliers for Ponty Rugby

As a new season approaches Pontypridd RFC is delighted to welcome Kappa on board as the club’s new kit and leisure wear supplier.

The Italian based company has developed global recognition as a designer and manufacturer of sportswear with an iconic fashion status. Kappa is known as ‘the face of sporstwear revival’, the brand combining classic sports designs with contemporary styling.

Pontypridd RFC will be at the forefront of Kappa’s venture into the world of rugby, with top French club Montpellier already kitted out.

Welcoming the exciting new kit deal, Ponty Rugby Commercial Manager Emma Rogers said: “It is clear that Kappa products are of a very high standard and their numerous sponsorship deals with rugby, football and other sports was a decisive factor in our decision to enter into partnership with them.

“Team Manager Dan Godfrey and I met with Kappa representatives and we were impressed with the quality and the range of kit available to our squad.”

Pontypridd RFC Retail Manager Richard Baggs added: “With the Club Shop currently being cosmetically revamped, we will be able to offer a wide range of Kappa leisure wear, replica shirts plus much more.”
