New season, new threads – the 2022/23 Ponty match shirts

Pontypridd RFC’s new Scimitar home and away match shirts are proving to be a huge hit amongst the club’s supporters. The home jersey which, as well as looking slick and modern is based on a shirt from decades past famously worn by club icon Bob Penberthy is being modelled below by Ceri Morris.

The new away jersey which is largely red and white – the two colours most historically associated with our alternative playing shirts down the years has been given a camouflage theme to represent our affectionate club nickname the Valley Commandos.
