Hailing from Penarth Joe Miles played for Pentyrch and St Peters at junior level before being drafted into the then Cardiff Blues age grade system and going on to play for Cardiff at Premiership level.
Following a one season stay at the Arms Park Joe went west to represent Llanelli RFC, in the meantime having been capped by Wales at Youth level.
In the summer of 2021 Joe linked up with Pontypridd RFC, offering a dynamic ball carrying prowess to the club’s back row selection.
