Player of the Season – get voting

Despite the 2019-2020 season being ended early due to the coronavirus crisis, there is plenty for Pontypridd supporters to look back on, plenty of highs and lows, and some outstanding performances by the players involved.

There is now an opportunity for Ponty fans to nominate their Player of the Season. The nomination and award this year will be of a more informal nature, conducted on-line and obviously with no presentation dinner.

Awards will be given for Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season.

Supporters now have a week to put their thinking caps on, to reflect on the players’ performances, whether one forward in particular laid his body on the line more than others, whether one back set the world alight, and to get nominating.

Nominations for Pontypridd RFC Player of the Season can be made either by e-mailing to: media@ponty.net or by private messaging the club on its facebook or twitter accounts. All nominations must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 12th May with the results to be published the following day.
