Ponty rugby show featuring Gary Jones

The GTFM Ponty Rugby Show will be broadcast at 7pm this Wednesday evening 17th November with former Pontypridd and Wales back rower Gary Jones as the special guest.

The show, hosted by Guto Davies, will review the heavy defeat away to Merthyr on the weekend and look forward to the big home derby game against Cardiff this coming Saturday. Also on the menu will be the regular Newsround item compiled by correspondent Grace Reynolds.

The main feature of the show will be an interview with a past Ponty legend, no8 Gary Jones, who made 165 club appearances in the early 1980s and was capped 5 times by Wales.

GTFM has expanded its FM coverage and can now reach the whole of the Cynon Valley – on 107.1FM for the Aberdare area and 100.7 for Mountain Ash. Broadcasts for Pontypridd and the rest of RCT continue on 107.9FM. The channel can also be accessed on-line and by app.
