Ponty Youth head north on cup trail

Pontypridd Youth will make the long haul trip to North Wales this weekend to face Nant Conwy in the quarter final round of the National Youth Cup.

The tie will be played on Saturday 15th February, weather permitting, kicking off at 2:30pm.

Ponty Youth have progressed to this stage of the competition with previous wins over Tondu and Newbridge whilst Nant Conwy won away against Tenby and Caerphilly. The other quarter final matches to be played are:- Aberdare v Brynmawr; Cardiff Met v Narberth; Merthyr v Newport HSOB.

Nant Conwy will be difficult opponents for Pontypridd, having finished top of their North Wales – West division with six wins out of six.
