Ponty Youth host Rumney in top of the table Blues A clash
Pontypridd Youth play a top of the table Blues A League tie against Rumney Youth on Saturday 16th December, the match at Sardis Road kicking off early at 11am.
Both teams hold a 100% record in the league so far, sharing top spot with five wins out of five. A titanic tussle between two form teams is in prospect.
Ponty Youth come into this vital league clash off the back of a hard fought National Cup home win by 16pts to 15 over Llandovery Youth the previous weekend.
It was a tough encounter for Pontypridd, who were at one stage down to twelve men, in the bitterly cold conditions. A try scored by Cameron McMillan and the conversion and three penalties kicked by Bailey Roberts was enough to see the home side through.
Pontypridd Youth now face Rumney Youth away in the quarter final round of the Cup on 17th February.
