USW v Leeds Vase quarter postponed

The University of South Wales v Leeds University BUCS Vase quarter final tie on Wednesday 7th March has been called off as the visitors are unable to raise a team.

Having finished a creditable third in the BUCS South A League, USW moved on to contest the Vase tournament and secured a 51pts to 32 home win over Loughborough 2nds on 28th February in the last sixteen round.

Leeds University had to wait until Monday evening 5th March to complete their qualifier against Bath 2nds, a match which they won by 28pts to 14.
